THE COLLECTION

Each book included in The Baby Library is selected by our expert booksellers especially for your future reader-the perfect way to put classics, new and old, into a baby's or child's hands. For $250 or $500, you'll be giving a treasure that can teach, comfort, and outlast the latest toy. And you will have helped build a library that will charm a child from birth to age five (maybe forever). Learn more now.
How do you pick books for someone you have never even met?
A: The book selections are made by our trained booksellers, based on the information about the gift recipient that you provide on the Recipient Questionnaire form (a direct link to the questionnaire will be included in your order confirmation email). If you purchase The Series, your recipient will receive a more detailed preference form to complete and return to us to help with future selections. We work hard to make certain that each book is something new and exciting, a special gem that they might not have found on their own, and hopefully an introduction to a great new author.
Can I send Just the Right Book gifts to more than one person in one order?
A: Yes. If you are purchasing more than one Just the Right Book gift, and would like to ship those items to more than one address, simply click on the "Checkout with Multiple Addresses" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page. You will then have the ability to indicate which person is receiving which gift.
What happens if my recipient is sent a book that they have already read, or just don’t like?
A: If your recipient ever gets a book that they don’t like, or have already read, we absolutely encourage them to contact us. They can stop in the store and exchange their selection, or they can just mail their book back to us and we will exchange it for something else as quickly as possible.
How do you pick books for The Baby Library?
A: When we put together a Baby Library our goal is to provide a solid foundation for the child’s library. Therefore, we select a variety of old classics and new releases that will entertain and educate a child from birth to the age of five. Make sure to let us know if your recipient has older siblings, as that is important information for us as we make the selections to include in your gift.
Can you put together a Library for an older child?
A: Absolutely. We can create a Library for a child of any age. When you fill out the Recipient Questionnaire simply give us the child's age and include any special instructions in the "Is there anything else you'd like us to know?" box at the end of the form.
